SB 129                                                                       
The following, which was moved to the bottom of the First                      
Supplemental Calendar (page 1610), was again before the House:                 
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 129(STA)                                  
"An Act relating to state procurement; and providing for an                   
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS             
CSSB 129(STA) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
                                                                               
HCS CSSB 129(STA) was read the third time.
